Refunds

Releasing a credit reservation is not a cash refund. Cash refunds follow this site’s Stripe merchant and provider rules, and reduce credits from the original pack (including debt if the balance was already spent). Background failures release the hold; a successful background download is not auto-refunded for taste.

Contact [email protected]. Until the legal entity and refund policy are signed, production-grade refund service is not claimed as ready.
