Acceptable use policy
1. Scope
SKUVis ("Platform") provides AI-assisted image and video tools for ecommerce sellers. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all prompts, uploads, and outputs on https://skuvis.com. It complements our Terms of Service.
2. Content standards and prohibited categories
The Platform prohibits generating the following six categories of content. Users must not generate or attempt to generate:
- Pornography / NSFW content.
- Violence / gore.
- Hate speech.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people (including face swap, nudify, intimate compositing, and fabricated statements or actions—consent does not make these permitted).
- Content infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or publicity rights.
3. Absolutely prohibited conduct
- CSAM or sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; may be reported to authorities.
- Terrorism, extremism, or mass-violence promotion.
- Instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
- Jailbreak or bypass attempts against safety filters.
- Spam, fraud, or deceptive impersonation of brands or people.
4. Uploads of real people
You may upload only your own photos/voice or material with explicit permission from everyone depicted. Before upload you must confirm rights. Permission does not authorize any deepfake content in Section 2. Virtual try-on is for lawful product presentation—not identity replacement.
5. Platform content moderation
We operate the following mechanisms to review prompts, uploads, and outputs:
- Input screening: prompts and related text are checked with automated policy filters before generation when enabled.
- Output screening: generated images or video are assessed before delivery when technically feasible.
- Human review: user reports and system-flagged content are reviewed by our trust & safety team.
- We maintain blocklists for prohibited categories and update them as threats evolve.
- Confirmed violations are actioned under our enforcement measures below; serious cases may be referred to law enforcement.
6. User reporting channel
Report violations by email to [email protected] with subject line "Content report". Include your account email, approximate date and time (UTC if known), tool used, and a short description or screenshots. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Confirmed violations are enforced per the measures above; you may receive a follow-up when action is taken. Full detail also appears in our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use.
7. Enforcement actions
When we confirm a violation of Section 2 or related conduct rules, we may take one or more of the following measures:
- Warnings and refusal to run generation for policy-violating prompts or uploads.
- Removal or blocking of violating outputs where we control storage.
- Credit forfeiture for confirmed abuse of paid runs where ledger rules apply.
- Temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts for repeat or serious violations.
- Referral to law enforcement for CSAM, credible threats, or other illegal conduct.
- Appeals: reply to our enforcement notice with evidence; we aim to review within 5 business days when possible.
8. AI disclosure
Outputs are AI-generated unless labeled otherwise. Do not misrepresent outputs as human-made or as official assets of third-party brands or model providers.
9. Underlying models
OpenAI GPT Image (gpt-image-2) for image generation and editing; OpenAI GPT-4o / GPT-4o mini and Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite (via our infrastructure partners) for vision and analysis tasks; additional provider models may be added and will be listed on this page when enabled.
10. Prohibited business uses

- Using SKUVis to generate outputs for any of the above end businesses.
